Attached is photo taken of me driving a track into a place we called the French Factory not too far down the road from Cu Chi and the Division Base. We operated out of it for a few days I believe in Sep69. This was a day during which I had everyone on the tracks switch positions a couple of times for them to get a feel and appreciation of others' positions. Taking care to do this on days and in areas where we weren't likely to run into the bad guys, it also helped break the monotony. Hence you see a 1LT track driver with a Sp4 rifleman acting as Squad Leader (Dan McAvoy, to my left) and a rifleman acting as TC/.50 gunner (Bob Flanders to left of McAvoy).
